PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device having an easy structure and suppressing the invasion of noxious insects without requiring much labor, to provide a plant cultivation panel used for the device, and to provide a method for cultivation plants using the device and the panel. SOLUTION: This plant cultivation panel 11 includes a panel body 15 formed in a plate-like form and arranged so as to bring the plate surface into contact with soil of a field. The panel body 15 is formed with a through-hole 16 allowing the roots of vegetables to reach the soil of a field or the like. A frame member 21 supporting a mesh sheet 31 includes an insertion portion 22a inserted into soil, and a plate member 25 pressing downwardly the cultivation panel 11 set on soil in a condition that the insertion portion 22a is inserted into soil. An edge member 41 extending in a long form is installed on the end part of the mesh sheet 31, and a fixation portion 26 engageable with the edge member 41 is installed on a part away from the end of the insertion portion 22a for a prescribed length in the frame member 21.
