<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of relieving burdens on an operator without requiring the operator to directly control the display sizes or positions by the operator in displaying a fluoroscopic image and an endoscopic image on one screen or the recording in recording the images. <P>SOLUTION: The display sizes and display positions of the fluoroscopic image and endoscopic image to be displayed on the same screen are changed based on the operational situation of an X-ray image processing part in capturing the fluoroscopic image and the operational situation of an endoscope part in capturing the endoscopic image.
