PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tailgate integrated slope device effective in reducing the size of a slope for securing a space of a cargo room, and improving rear visibility. SOLUTION: The slope device is provided in a rear part of a vehicle body, and integrally formed with a tailgate freely rotatable to a rising state and a backward opening state. A pair op slide grooves in the longitudinal direction are formed at both sides in the lateral direction of an indoor side panel of the tailgate, and a tailgate rail is arranged along the slide groove in the tailgate. A pair of first slide rails each having a first fitting part with the tailgate rail and extending to the indoor in a tailgate indoor side panel via a slide groove from the first fitting part are formed at the left and right, and a first panel is fixed to the indoor side of the tailgate indoor side panel between the pair of first slide rails, and the first panel is freely expanded along the tailgate rail.
