PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detection performance of illegal use of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a system for detecting illegal use of the mobile terminal 100 using a cradle terminal 200 for charging the mobile terminal 100. The mobile terminal 100 has: a power feeding detecting circuit 150 for detecting power feeding from the cradle terminal 200; and a caution output section 160 which outputs a caution if power feeding from the cradle terminal 200 is not detected by the power feeding detecting circuit 150 while the mobile terminal 100 is powered on.
