PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal joint portions, and also to simplify attachment/detachment operation of a filter member. SOLUTION: The first joint portion 50 formed into an eaves gutter shape projecting toward a second half body 40 and having a first inner portion 52A connected to an upper end 32 is formed over the whole periphery of the upper end 32 of a first half body 30. The second joint portion 60 formed into the eaves gutter shape with the first half body 30 opened and having a second inner portion 62A connected to a lower end 42 is formed over the whole periphery of the lower end 42 of the second half body 40. The first joint portion 50 is provided with a first locking portion 72. The second joint portion 60 is formed with a second locking portion 74 locked to the first locking portion 72 when the first joint portion 50 is fitted to the second joint portion 60. The second locking portion 74 is formed with a locking cancellation piece 80 canceling the locking of the second locking portion 74 to the first locking portion 72 by fingertip operation.
