PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide warranty paper which unites a warranty to be handed over to a customer and a label with a manufacturer's serial number to be held by a sales agency as a counterfoil. SOLUTION: The warranty paper includes a printing paper part on the surface of which a commodity name description column where a commodity name is described, a manufacturer's serial number description column where the manufacturer's serial number is described, a warranty term description column for describing a warranty term, and a sales agency name description column for describing the name of the sales agency, are printed; a backing paper part 18 which is provided in extension from the printing paper part through the medium of a perforation and on the surface of which silicone is applied; and a label part 20 which is provided in extension from the backing paper part 18 through the medium of a fold, on the surface of which an adhesive is applied, on the back side of which the manufacturer's serial number is described and which has a cutting line 28 so formed as to enclose the manufacturer's serial number.
