PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding gun in which no droplets enter a motor housing by preventing the inside of the motor housing from having negative pressure. SOLUTION: The welding gun includes a feed screw mechanism 40 that is coupled to a servo motor 10 and has a hollow rod 43 that reciprocally moves in a predetermined direction by way of torque applied by the servo motor 10, and a moveable electrode tip 62 that is connected to a leading end portion of the hollow rod 43 and opens and closes to a fixed electrode tip 61 according to the reciprocal movement of the hollow rod 43. The servo motor 10 has a motor housing 20 in which a motor housing hollow part 25 accommodating a portion of the hollow rod 43 to be reciprocally moveable is formed.
