PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse heater reducing temperature decrease caused by the influence of outside air temperature. SOLUTION: This heater is such that a panel heater provided, on the reverse of a panel, with an adiabatic insulation material for blocking outside air temperature and keeping warm is attached to the side of a greenhouse, and an aluminum fin pipe heater is installed at 2.5-3 m interval therebetween. As a result of this, a temperature decrease in a greenhouse, affected by outside air temperature, is reduced, and the heater becomes a thermal function decrease preventing heater using free radical reaction generated between the aluminum fin pipe heater and the panel heater, and reduces both running cost and initial cost to be gentle to the environment.
