PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unused resources such as waste bamboos and thinnings in sea to grow aquatic organisms eaten as feeds for fishes to form a food cycle, thereby increase exhausted marine resources. SOLUTION: A cylindrical outer frame permitting fries and small fishes to freely go in or out is set to a sea bottom, and solid vegetable organic substances are inserted into the inner space of the outer frame to form a feed box fishing bank. Thus, microorganisms and aquatic organisms for degrading the organic substances are bred to form the food cycle wherein the aquatic organisms are eaten as feeds for fishes. The organic substances degraded and eliminated by the microorganisms and aquatic organisms are randomly supplied from the upper side of the outer frame to rebuild the fishing bank, thereby proving the inexpensive persistent vegetable organic substances feed box fishing bank.
