PURPOSE: A cooling device of a tool for a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) multi-shaft machine is provided to easily cool a tool since when one of a number of spindles is driven, cooling fluid is sprayed to the tool through the inside of a driving shaft and a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a tool for a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) multi-shaft machine comprises a second coolant joint shaft(18), first and second lubricant oil paths(18c,12c) and a spindle bearing(12c). An annular groove(18b) is formed on the second coolant joint shaft. A small diameter of the first lubricant oil path is formed on the second coolant joint shaft between a third cooling-fluid path(18a) and the annular groove. A small diameter of the second lubricant oil path is formed on the spindle(12) between the annular groove and the spindle bearing. The spindle bearing is lubricated and cooled by cooling fluid flowing in the third cooling-fluid path.
