The device includes a low-power switch (201) and a balanced power amplifier (202); the low-power switch (201) includes an input terminal (r), and output terminals (a) and (b); the balanced power amplifier (202) includes input terminals (a) and (b), and output terminals (c) and (d); the output terminal (a) of the low-power switch (201) is connected with the input terminal (a) of the balanced power amplifier (202) and the output terminal (b) of the low-power switch (201) is connected with the input terminal (b) of the balanced power amplifier (202); the low-power switch (201) is applied to receiving low-power signals and output the low-power signals from a gated channel; the balanced power amplifier (202) is applied to receiving the low-power signals outputted from the low-power switch (201) and output the low-power signals after a power amplification. Adopting the signal switching device and the signal switching method, the reliability of the higher power signal switching can be improved.</p>
