PURPOSE: An artificial system for processing the exhaustion information of air pollution materials in Asia and a method thereof are provided to offer basic information necessary for the improvement of the exhaustion information about the air pollution material which has much uncertainty. CONSTITUTION: A data collecting unit(110) collects exhaustion data. Using emission data by exhaustion source, an exhaustion data processor(120) creates the collected exhaustion data into segmented exhaustion list data. Using GIS(Geographic Information System) space information, a space assignment processor(130) produces a local assignment coefficient and a space assignment coefficient. A controller(140) controls that an exhaustion data type result for an air chemistry model is outputted with the control of the unit.
