PURPOSE: Squeeze infiltration device and method using low vacuum are provided to enhance wettability between a base and reinforcement since molten metal is compulsively sucked under low vacuum from the bottom of a mold. CONSTITUTION: A squeeze infiltration device using low vacuum comprises a mold(10), a cartridge heater(20), a press(30), a hydraulic cylinder(40), a heating furnace(50), a transfer unit(60) and a control unit(70). The mold manufactures a composite material and comprises a left mold, a right mold, a first opening and a first through-hole. The cartridge heater heats the mold and comprises a second opening, a vacuum intake hole and a second through-hole. The press is inserted into the first opening to apply wettability if molten metal is injected into the mold holding a preform.
