X-RAY DETECTOR HAVING STRUCTURE FOR REDUCING BROWNING DAMAGE

PURPOSE: An X-ray detector is provided to minimize the probability of generating optical aberration due to homogeneity deterioration of a reflector thickness. CONSTITUTION: A phosphor(10) changes X-ray into a visible ray. A first reflector(20) is inclined to a first angle about a plane surface of a fluorescent substrate. A second reflector(30) is inclined to a second angle about a perpendicular angle against the first angle. An optical module(40) images visible ray which is reflected from a second reflection mirror.
