摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature control device for an EV and a HEV capable of preventing electric shock due to conduction between battery terminals in vehicle collision. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control device of battery has a first heat exchange unit a having a first heat exchange part 2 to heat exchange with a battery B by a heating medium 40 and a second heat exchange unit 20 having a second heat exchange part 21 to dissipate heat or cool the heating medium 40 which has carried out heat exchange by the first heat exchange part 2. The first heat exchange unit 1 is provided with a heating medium storage part 4 installed at the downstream side of the first heat exchange part 2 and a pump 5 which circulates the heating medium 40 of the heating medium storage part 4 in a piping 3. In charging the battery carried out at stopping of a vehicle, the pump 5 is operated to circulate the heating medium 40 in the piping 3, and in non-charging the battery, at least the heating medium 40 in the first heat exchange part 2 is discharged to the outside of the first heat exchange part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
