<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction pipe for a fuel injection pump, which discharges bubbles in a fuel on the upstream side of a throttle member and prevents the rotation malfunction of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: In the suction pipe for a fuel injection pump, a suction section 141 is formed on a connection section of the suction pipe 140 to a fuel supply port 36, and the suction section 141 is made of one steel pipe 142 and the other steel pipe 144. One end of a suction passage arranged on the one steel pipe 142 is directly connected with the fuel supply port 36 drilled on the plunger barrel 35 of the fuel injection pump 7 so as to communicate each other, another end is connected with the other steel pipe 144 so as to communicate each other, and a throttle section 142a is drilled in the one steel pipe 142 forming the suction section 141 at a location separated from the fuel supply port 36 by a designated distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
