摘要 Disclosed is a system provided with a first steam line (21a) which sends low pressure steam (14L) from a medium-pressure turbine (12) to a low-pressure turbine (13), a second steam line (21b) which branches low-pressure steam (14L) from the first steam line (21a), a first adjustment valve (V1) which can be adjusted to open the passage of the low-pressure steam (14L) from 100% to 0%, a second adjustment valve (V2) which, corresponding to the adjustment of the first adjustment valve (V1), can be adjusted to open the passage of the low-pressure steam (14L) from 100% to 0%, a first ancillary turbine (22A) which captures energy using the supplied low-pressure steam (14L), and a first steam feeding line (25L) which supplies discharge steam (23) discharged from said first ancillary turbine (22A) as a heating source of a reboiler (24), wherein the first ancillary turbine (22A) is driven in response to the work load variations of the boiler (15) while maintaining the pressure of the discharge steam (23) supplied to the reboiler (24) at an admissible value of the reboiler optimal pressure.
