The present invention relates to a request service system and a service method, and provides a request service through a video message for a product, wherein the product payment is performed with no need to provide personal information to the Internet site. Thus, the invention comprises: a first receiver which is provided with information on a product in at least one type among bidirectional video types using an MMS or based on MPEG-4 and bidirectional still image types; a DB which stores the provided bidirectional video and the bidirectional still image; and a first transmitter which transmits, to a payment terminal, one of the bidirectional video and the still image corresponding to the information on the selected product. |
