<p>A sprinkler head having a structure resistant to impact (impact-resistant structure). A sprinkler comprises: a head body (10) which is provided with a water discharge opening (12); a valve body (30) which is made to contact under pressure with a valve seat (17) formed at the lower end of the water discharge opening (12); and a valve body support mechanism (50) which supports the valve body (30). The valve body support mechanism (50) comprises: a cylindrical plunger (52) which is provided with a flange (52a) at the lower end thereof; a heat sensitive body (55) which is provided to the flange (52a) of the plunger (52); and a heat sensitive plate (53) which is in contact with the heat sensitive body (55) and is provided so as to intersect the axis of the head body (10). The plunger (52) is provided in such a manner that the lower end thereof protrudes further below than the heat sensitive plate (53).</p> |
