PURPOSE: An image information management system using a moving vehicle and a method thereof are provided to store image information collected using a vehicle DVR(Digital Video Recorder) to a database and efficiently transmit the stored data to a random information buyer. CONSTITUTION: An identity information of a vehicle terminal is registered(S101). The vehicle driving information which is transmitted from the vehicle terminal is collected(S103). Network interworking information based on the stored vehicle driving information is created(S107). If a high-resolution image purchase request is requested from the image purchase terminal, the high-resolution image information corresponding to the sample image is requested to the vehicle terminal(S115).
