PURPOSE: A cleaning material is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger by dissolving and removing materials attached to the heat exchanger and to reduce operation costs since the cleaning material does not pass through the disassembly,washing, and assembly of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning material for removing carbon-based adhered materials within a heat exchanger includes 12~40 volume % of amine-based compounds, 8~30 volume % of non-ionic surfactants and 30~80 volume % of C1~C3 lower alcohols. The pH of the cleaning agent is 7~9 at 20°C. The amine-based compound is a single or a mixture selected from the group consisting of methyldiethanolamine, methylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine and 1,2-ethylenediamine. The non-ionic surfactant comprises a hydroxyl functional group or ethylene oxide functional group. |
