Compounds of the following formula (1) or salts or stereoisomers thereof and method of preparation thereof, wherein, definition of R1, R2 and R3 are as described in description, and a pharmaceutical composition containing at least one of the compounds of formula (1) or salts or stereoisomers thereof as an active component are provided. The compounds have a potency to inhibit aggregation of the blood platelet, and can be used to prevent and treat thrombus and diseases related to embolism.
