PURPOSE: A purifying water processing apparatus is provided to supply precipitation treated water to a separation film filtering tank for uniformly maintaining the discharging flux of the precipitation treated water. CONSTITUTION: A purifying water processing apparatus includes a flux controlling tank, a water supplying device, and a separation film filtering tank. The flux controlling tank supplies precipitation treated water to the separation film filtering tank. The water supplying device is installed to supply the water to the separation film filtering tank from the flux controlling tank. The separation film filtering tank includes a sub-unit filtration tank with a submerged membrane system filter.
