Disclosed are: a monoclonal antibody which can recognize specifically CD27 that contains an O-linked sugar chain to which galactose is not linked and can bind to the extracellular domain; and use of the monoclonal antibody. Specifically disclosed are: a monoclonal antibody which can recognize specifically CD27 that contains an O-linked sugar chain to which galactose is not linked and can bind to the extracellular domain, or a fragment of the antibody; a hybridoma capable of producing the antibody; DNA encoding the antibody; a vector carrying the DNA; a transformant produced by transforming the vector; a method for producing an antibody or a fragment thereof using the hybridoma or the transformant; and a diagnostic or therapeutic agent for CD27-related diseases, which comprises the antibody or a fragment thereof as an active ingredient. |
