PURPOSE: A hydrogen fueling station and a control method thereof are provided to prevent an accident of each process when operating a hydrogen fueling station and to manage operation per each process effectively. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen fueling station comprises a desulfurizer(1) filtering out sulfur from natural gas, a natural gas compressor(2) compressing the natural gas to supply the desulfurized natural gas at the optimum pressure, a steam reformer(3) supplying high temperature steam to improve the compressed natural gas, a shift reactor(4) reacting the improved gas and producing H2, a pressure swing adsorption(5) separating the produced synthetic gas into H2 and other gas, a CO analyzer(6) analyzing the CO density of the separated gas for deciding to compress or to discharge, a high pressure compressor(7) compressing the produced gas of the optimum pressure to 45 MPa, a H2 container(8) storing H2 in a 3-stage cascade method, and a dispenser(9) charging the stored H2 into a hydrogen vehicle.
