PURPOSE: A data communication method among a voice call connection and applied system the same are provided to showing web-site that is already registered for an in-coming side and an out-coming side when a voice call is connected between an in-coming terminal and an out-going terminal. CONSTITUTION: A out-going terminal comprises a communication unit a storage unit(160) and controller(170). The communication unit interlinks the out-going terminal and telephony call. The storage unit stores a service information that includes a site information. The controller receives the service information. The controller stores a received service information in the storage unit. The controller is connected to an outside site that is replied with the site information that is included in the service information.
