NON-INFLAMMABLE LIGHT WEIGHT PANEL COMPOSITION AND PANEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Non-flammable light weight panel compositions and non-flammable light weight panel using the same are provided to obtain eco-friendly panel using expanded glass aggregate based on wasted glass. CONSTITUTION: Non-flammable light weight panel compositions includes 53-65 weight% of high temperature sintered expanded glass aggregate, 8-15 weight% of natural cement, 5-10 weight% of auxiliary cement, 5-10 weight% of auxiliary additive, and 10-15 weight% of water. The particle sizes of the expanded glass aggregate are between 0.5 and 4mm. The expanded glass aggregate with 2-4mm of particle sizes and the expanded glass aggregate with 0.1-1mm of particle sizes are mixed with the weight ratio of 1:0.5-1. The natural cement and the auxiliary cement are mixed with the weight ratio of 1:0.35-1.25.
