PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which can strike a balance between satisfactory brightness and concealment properties; and to provide a back light unit and a display device using the optical sheet.

SOLUTION: In the optical sheet 1 controlling the optical path of light made incident from a light source and emitting the same, an optical shape condensing or diffusing light is formed on a light-emitting surface, a light-incident surface 31a has a shape where many microlenses 32 forming an almost hemisphere shape are projected from the flat face, and a fine rugged shape 34 is imparted to a part of the spherical face and the whole region of the surface in the microlens 32.
