<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-type vehicle reducing an influence of environmental temperature on a motor and easily protecting the motor from rainwater or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This saddle-type vehicle includes: an internal combustion engine 20; an air cleaner 41 having an air cleaner element 42 cleaning intake air sucked from the outside and an air cleaner case 43; an intake passage 66 connecting the internal combustion engine 20 to the air cleaner case 43 and allowing the intake air cleaned by the air cleaner element 42 to flow toward the internal combustion engine 20; a throttle valve 70 provided in the intake passage 66 and adjusting an intake air flow rate; and the motor 75 as a power source opening/closing the throttle valve 70.
