<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reactive anisotropic conductive adhesive having good creep characteristics and conductivity, since an anisotropic conductive adhesive is a material having conductive particles uniformly dispersed in an adhesive having high insulating property, and used for such purposes of electric connection between opposing electrodes of electronic components, insulation between adjoining electrodes, and fixing, and a conventional anisotropic conductive adhesive has low durability in a creep test and it is difficult to stabilize a circuit resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive adhesive includes the following components: (A) a polyamide elastomer; (B) a spherical conductive powder; and (C) a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
