<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor includes a dielectric layer having a thickness of td, a capacitor body formed by alternately stacking one or more pairs of first and second internal electrodes opposing mutually via the dielectric layer, where the first internal electrode includes a thickness of te and the second internal electrode includes the same thickness as that of the first internal electrode, and a protective layer where a dielectric substance layer is stacked and formed at least on one surface of the upper and lower surfaces of the capacitor body to have a thickness of tc.
