PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a superconducting magnet operated at≤10K can be protected by conventional arts from burning due to quenching, it is difficult to protect the superconducting magnet at≥10K from the burning due to the quenching.
SOLUTION: The superconducting magnet includes a superconducting wire composed of a superconducting core wire and a base material, and a bobbin wound with the superconducting wire, wherein a metal member is inserted between superconducting wires, and the metal member and a plurality of superconducting members are in electrically and thermally contact with each other. A metal member may be divided by one or more slits into a plurality in a peripheral direction or an axial direction of the bobbin.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
