PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a high damping laminate achieving a laminate having an excellent damping property and shear modulus and excellent balance of temperature dependence thereof. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a high damping laminate contains 100 pts.mass of diene-based rubber, 20-75 pts.mass of carbon black, 10-60 pts.mass of silica, and 1-30 pts.mass of a plasticizer, wherein the plasticizer contains 50 mass% or more of a phosphoric acid derivative.
