<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that adjusts a position and tilt in an optical axis direction of an image sensor without necessity of exclusive components. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes the image sensor 6 which converts a photographed subject image through an imaging optical system into an electrical signal, a holding member 5 which holds the image sensor 6, and a dust-proofing member 4 which surrounds the circumference of a light reception surface of the image sensor 6.
