PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle charging system which can protect a person who happens to contact a vehicle body from an electrification accident. SOLUTION: In the in-vehicle charging system 120, a breaker 121 is arranged between a charging connector 110 arranged in the vehicle body Cb and a main battery 130 arranged in a vehicle. Accordingly, if an electrical leak current is generated in the vehicle when applying a commercial power, an electrical connection between the charging connector 110 and a power system 100 is cut off, and the generation of the electrical leak current is prevented. Thereby, in the plug-in type electric vehicle mounted with the in-vehicle charging system, the person who contacts with the vehicle body can be protected from the electrification accident resulting from the electrical leak current.
