PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-ride-type vehicle capable of arranging a throttle valve drive motor without increasing in size the structure of an internal combustion engine near an intake passage. SOLUTION: The saddle-ride-type vehicle 1 includes: the internal combustion engine 20 having a cylinder head 22 with an intake port 221, a cylinder 23 and a crankcase 24; an air cleaner 5; the intake passage 30 forming a passage between the air cleaner 5 and the internal combustion engine 20; a throttle body 40 composing a part of the intake passage 30 and equipped with a throttle valve; and the throttle valve drive motor 50 driving the throttle valve. The intake passage 30 extends to a crankcase 24 side from the intake port 221, at least a portion of the intake passage 30 is arranged along an outer surface of the internal combustion engine 20, and the throttle valve drive motor 50 is arranged on a portion of the intake passage 30 along the outer surface of the internal combustion engine 20 in an overlapping manner with the intake passage 30 as viewed from a side of the vehicle.
