PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding a liquid through a micro flow path in which a hyperfine particle is not precipitated or agglomerated in the micro flow path during the time to feed the liquid even when a slurried fluid, namely, a solution including the hyperfine particle is fed. SOLUTION: The apparatus for feeding the liquid through the micro flow path includes: a micro flow path structure having one or more fluid introduction ports for introducing one or more fluids, one or more micro flow paths connected respectively to the fluid introduction ports and one or more fluid discharge ports connected respectively to the micro flow paths; a liquid feed means for feeding the slurried fluid including the hyperfine particle to the micro flow path structure; and a uniformization/dispersion means of the slurry arranged on the upstream side of the micro flow path structure.
