PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device of rotation detection device for outputting a detection signal capable of detecting a correct position of a rotor, even when chattering is generated. SOLUTION: When the number of times of continuous generation of a signal change of a main sensor by an effective edge is an even number of times during a chattering state, a correction pulse signal is output that indicates that a rotor is rotated in a rotational direction which is reverse to the rotational direction of the rotor, when a change a main sensor signal by an initial-time effective edge is generated. As a result, the rotor position by a detected signal becomes able to coincide with the actual rotor position, and the correct position of the rotor can be detected by the detection signal.
