PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for taking out a wet tissue stored in a continuous piece form in a bag which is perpendicularly standable and formed with a fastener (3) for opening and closing a bag opening in parallel with an opening side (2) singly one by one sequentially. SOLUTION: A film piece (4) comprising flaps (4a) or strips (4b) is fused to the inside face (i) of one or both sides of the front/back films (1a), (1b) structuring the bag (1) in the bag width direction to be in a curtain or band shape. In the case of the flaps (4a), an overflowing channel (5) comprising a cut line or a small hole is formed in the curtain shaped part.
