PURPOSE: A reciprocation compressor is provided to suppress pulsation of a specific frequency of refrigerant passing through an intake muffler to reduce noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocation compressor includes a housing, a cylinder block, a cylinder bore, a piston, an intake muffler(200), an intake flange, and a first connecting path. The cylinder block includes a housing and a plurality of cylinder bores. The cylinder block is combined with the housing. The intake flange reduces the pulsation of a specific frequency of a refrigerant passing through the intake muffler. The first connecting path connects the intake muffler and the intake flange.
