PURPOSE: A robot system for sensing an object using a CTS(Color Tracking Sensor) is provided to efficiently perform the movement of various automatic systems and recognition and transfer work of an object by detecting various colors. CONSTITUTION: A robot system for sensing an object using a CTS(110) comprises a CTS, a step-motor driving unit(120), a servo-motor driving unit(130) and an MCU(Micro Control Unit)(200). The CTS recognizes a certain color of an object to supply position tracking information of the object. The step motor driving unit moves a robot unit through the position tracking information of the CTS. The servo-motor driving unit approaches and lifts the object. The MCU controls moving distance and the lift information of the object based on the position tracking information of the CTS.
