PURPOSE: A broadcasting system and a method for providing a personalized broadcasting service are provided to offer personalized additional information. CONSTITUTION: Additional information which is registered by a first user is inserted into a specific AV(S304). A second user terminal displays the AV including the additional information through its display section or a display device, e.g. TV, etc(S306). The second user terminal detects whether or not the second user requests the interworking data(S308).
