PURPOSE: An air conditioning and heating air supply structure for an operator's cab of a railway vehicle is provided to reduce the loss of cold air or hot air when supplying air conditioning and heating air to an operator's cab of a railway vehicle, and to reduce noise occurrence. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning and heating air supply structure for an operator's cab of a railway vehicle comprises an air conditioning and heating air distribution unit(110) distributing a portion of air conditioning and heating air discharged from an air conditioning or heating apparatus(30) as air conditioning and heating air for an operator's cab(10) and air conditioning and heating air for a passenger cabin(20), a main duct unit(120) guiding the air conditioning and heating air for a passenger cabin in the longitudinal direction of a passenger cabin, and a reverse duct unit(130) guiding the air conditioning and heating air for an operator's cab to an operator's cab.
