<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to register purchase and money account activity transactions in a store using a sales data processing device, and automatically journalize the registered transactions. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 31 of a client PC 30A stores accounting rule information for each transaction item input by an input unit 32, in a second accounting rule file 352 in association with an accounting rule number. When purchase/account activity data including an accounting rule number and an amount of money is received by a communication unit 36 through a center server 10, the CPU 31 reads accounting rule information corresponding to the accounting rule number included in the purchase/account activity data from the second accounting rule file 352, and sorts the amount of money of the purchase/account activity data according to the read accounting rule information to form journal book data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
