摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic transmission capable of fully bringing out potential capacity of a torque converter by determining magnitude of NV (noise vibration) and determining a slip ratio from an allowable limit of the NV, and capable of increasing the slip ratio to the allowable limit of the NV, and improving the fuel economy performance. SOLUTION: In the control device of the automatic transmission in which output of an engine mounted on a vehicle is input through the torque converter capable of locking-up, an engine speed NE of an engine E is detected, the variation amount DNC is detected, the variation amount of output rotating speed is filtered based on a cycle obtained from the detected engine speed NE, and amplitude of the filtered variation amount DNC is calculated, and it is determined whether the calculated amplitude of the variation amount DNC is equal to or lower than the NV allowance amplitude value or not (S300, S302), and the slip ratio of the torque converter is corrected to be increased or decreased in accordance with the determination result (S304, S306).
