PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and fixture for fixing a workpiece for restraining displacement of the workpiece by transmitting pressure to the workpiece fixed by the pressure, and improving mechanical durability. SOLUTION: A plurality of first spheres 16 that are put between a pair of the first sliding recesses to be brought into face contact with each of them are arranged on a straight line in a pair of the first sliding recesses configured by arranging a pair of facing recesses provided at a contact piece 12 and an intermediate piece 13 on a straight line. A plurality of second spheres 14 that are put between a pair of second sliding recesses to be brought into face contact with each of them are arranged on a straight line in a pair of the second sliding recesses configured by arranging a pair of facing recesses provided at a fixing piece 11 and the intermediate piece 13 on the straight line. A first rocking shaft is a straight line jointing centers of a plurality of the first spheres 16, and a second rocking shaft is a straight line jointing centers of a plurality of the second spheres 14. The first rocking shaft and the second rocking shaft are extended in a direction crossing the pressure direction input in the fixing piece 11, and in mutually different directions.
