PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonionic surfactant which is excellent in surface active performance even in the case of low concentration and which is low in environmental loads and has low acridity and such a molecular structure that a balance between hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity can be controlled according to the application.
