PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition in which carbon nanotubes can be dispersed in a resin without using a dispersant and which is excellent in electroconductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding properties even when a small amount of carbon nanotubes is added, and a molding, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, and an electroconductive sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition is a photo- and/or heat-curable resin composition containing electroconductive fine particles.
