PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of use of a disinfectant by using ultraviolet irradiation in combination with the disinfectant and to further reduce the amount of use of the disinfectant by preventing deterioration of disinfecting capability of a washing section due to ultraviolet irradiation by arranging an ultraviolet irradiator on the upstream side of a disinfectant supply device. SOLUTION: A sterilization washing apparatus is provided which includes a washing water supply passage 3 for supplying washing water treated by the disinfectant supply device 2 and the sterilization washing section 5 for sterilizing and washing an object to be sterilized 4 by the washing water. In the sterilization washing apparatus, the ultraviolet irradiator 1 is arranged on the upstream side of the disinfectant supply device 2. The sterilization washing apparatus further has a tank 6 for storing the washing water used at the sterilization washing section 5. The tank 6 and the washing water supply passage 3 located on the upstream side of the ultraviolet irradiator 1 and the disinfectant supply device 2 are connected by a circulation path 10 including a circulation pump 9.
