A bird repelling device (100) of the present invention comprises: a solar cell plate (110) for collecting solar heat to convert the collected solar heat to electrical energy; a charging device (120) for storing the electrical energy received from the solar cell plate (110); a controller (130) for controlling the electrical energy stored in the charging device (120); a bird sensor (140) for sensing the approach of birds, which is supplied with electric power from the charging device (120) so as to operate; a sound generation means (150) and a sound wave generation means (160) which receive a signal from the bird sensor (140) so as to operate; a moving unit (180) moved by a drive motor (170) which receives a signal from the bird sensor (140) so as to operate; and a hollow body (190) connected to the lower portion of the solar cell plate (110), in which the charging device (120), the controller (130) and the drive motor (170) are built. |
